resolutions

Resolutions anyone? What are your top decree's of 2015? Do you still make them or have they gone the way of 'mailing Christmas cards'? While resolutions tend to be most associated with getting fit and healthy, they can be applied to any aspect of our lives.  According to a study done at the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, which tracked 3000 participants, 52% were confident they'd reach their goals, yet when tracked one year later, 12% actually reached those goals. Of course, the anticipation of knowing your progress would be measured might have had an effect on their results.

Don't forget MAJOR markdowns have now taken place. Don't miss out on some hard to resist deals.

Here are my New Years resolutions and some great Plum picks:

1. Invest more time in creative endevors.

Speaking of artistic. This just looks like a lovely work of art, made to wear!

2. Take time to relax.

The first ingredient in this resolution is comfortable clothing. I think this fits the bill nicely, while not ignoring the subtle style details.

3. Of course the dreaded 'work out' more regularly. Note it's not on the top of my list.

However, working out, suggests one feels more comfortable wearing the likes of the above saucy little skirt. Designed truly to show off those divine legs you've worked so hard on (or just naturally inherited).

4. Be more adventurous.

If that means just wearing different patterns than you'd usually choose or, try something 'just because', these pants fit the bill so well. The side insert is such a well thought out added design feature.

5. Carry less baggage. In other words...clean closets.

Destined to be my most challenging, thus why it's last on my list. However, this then provides us and oportunity to invest in a lovely new handbag.
